Manual Vacuum F.M. is Compact and Easy to fully manual operation of forming as a cavity of the mould. It is easy to draw small as well as large sizes forming from plastic sheets with accurate shape and size. Because of manually operation the production rate is slow and less compared to semi and fully automatic series machines. Manual forming machine is very much usable for forming blisters of specially designed parts like scissor blisters, automotive parts Blisters, Toys Blisters, Computer and Electronic parts Blisters, Skin Packing, Advertisement Poster blisters Etc. It is used to form all types of polymer blister forming and in any plastic sheets. Manual feeding is convenient and fast compared with fully automatic thick sheet thermoforming machine. The cost is greatly reduced.
